We provide on-farm warranty because we care about helping farmers to keep costs down
In onsite farming situations, sometimes just dropping everything to go to town and get your machine fixed or serviced just doesn’t suit you. We prioritise your situation to do farm service and repairs so you can get on with your priorities.
Why should you pay for transport? We also provide on-farm service beyond our 12 months parts and labour warranty and only charge minimal travel costs.
Of course you can always drop off your machine for a service or repairs, but most of the time the standard service is done on-site, so you don’t have to worry about it.
We turn up for a regular service. We don't wait for you to call us.
The service is not based on hours or kilometers, we know the applications of the machines of where you are located and how you use the machine.
We will check with you and ask if we are coming down your way at a certain point in time and will it be convenient for you if we dropped by and did a service on your machine.
If on the off chance there is a problem, then we will check on your situation and we will work around your priorities to get you back in action.
When we do a periodic service, we are checking the machine all over and if we discover something that needs attention, then we let you know that there will be upcoming attention needed so you are informed and in charge of any upcoming costs.
Our service costs are very reasonable and we believe preventative maintenance helps you in the long run.
